PERONI -- The Italian Beer That's Making A Come Back--Trendy & Italian.

Peroni beer, the Italian beer that you never really got to indulge in because it was never that common here in the United States. Well, guess what..with every new year comes change and now more than ever Peroni has rolled out the red carpet to reintroduce the best traditional Italian beer out there. When you think Italian, you don't really think beer, but I will say say when I think beer and Italian, the only thing that comes to mind is PERONI. I can remember as a small child being in Italy and sitting with my nonno at the table and he and my father drinking Peroni beer out of brown bottles. As I got older, and my trips to Italy got more frequent, the Peroni was still there..its like a national icon. I will say, its a great beer and just tastes so natural.

To help bring the Italian beer back to its greatness, Peroni is launching a wonderful campaign to appeal to the younger demographics, of course of legal drinking age. More recently they were the sponsors for a massive fashion show in Canada. They're becoming a brand that wants to appeal to the generations and getting back to the mainstream is just what they need. So, support our Italian brands, like Peroni and look for it next time you want to try a different type of beer. Its all about Peroni.

Gianni Versace's Miami Mansion Now Open To The Public.

I will say open to the public with a substantial amount of money to spend. Fellow Calabrese and the late fashion icon Gianni Versace was murdered in 1997 at this lavish Miami mansion by a serial killer. The world mourned one of the greatest fashion designers of our time. His family helped carry the Versace name on by growing the fashion house into one of the most exclusive brands in the world. After the murder of Versace, his family sold the estate to a telecom mogul who keeps the mansion open for the public and weekend travel stays. The price tag on the estate runs from $1,200 a night to $10,000 a night. Depending on which room you sleep in. I am saddened that such an amazing person like Gianni Versace lost his life to such a horrible crime, now at least they are letting the memory of Versace live on in the home where he once lived.

In the latest and greatest fashion news, the Consult General of Italy announced that Italian fashion designers have begun working with local South Florida officials and businesses in an effort to start collaborating on opening branches of their exclusive fashion houses in Miami. With the economy in such turmoil, this new found venture and investment has created a sense of excitement in the fashion industry. They forecast this will lead to an increase in revenue for Miami. Not only are Italians in love with Miami for travel and leisure, but now Miami will become a major player in the world of Italian fashion. Like I always say, Italians love Miami. I know I do.

Salvatore Ferragamo Family Purchases Exclusive Villa Estate in Tuscany. Agritourism Never Looked So Good.

When you hear Salvatore Ferragamo you think "Shoes," gorgeous shoes. Well, Ferragamo through the years has evolved into an international fashion powerhouse since the times of Salvatore Ferragamo's small shoe business. I love fashion and I love travel. I mean, I'm Italian==of course I love these two things.

I was actually watching one of my favorite shows on NYCTV 22 and caught an episode of Video Fashion-behind the label, with Judith Licht. She did an expose on the Salvatore Ferragamo label and interviewed the entire Ferragamo family. She began with interviews on the traditional business but then what I discovered about the Ferragamo family is that they own different travel, hotel and villa estate businesses in Tuscany, Italy.

Judith Licht broadcasted her interview from the very exclusive Tuscany estate owned by the Ferragamo's called, "IL BORRO." Just breath-taking. An estate with views that you can only dream of, rustic, but yet high-end. They feature and offer everything on this estate. Agri-tourism, wine-making, wedding catering, and high end stays. This is the stuff you can dream of and actually visit. Now, if you have the cash flow to finance a trip to this locale, then great. But if you don't, I strongly suggest just checking it out online. It opens your eyes to the magnificent destinations in the world, especially Italy.
