Well for those of you who missed the NIAF gala dinner like me, you can visit their site for some pictures of the event and write ups on the night's attendees. Unfortunately, Leonardo DiCaprio was a no show due to some type of illness (they report.) Other impressive guests were great Italian singer, Patrizio Buanne, actress Gina Lollobrigida and Barbara Sinatra (wife of late, Frank Sinatra.) According to many fellow Italian Americans who attended the event, it was pretty spectacular. I'm sad I wasn't able to make this year's gala but hopefully will be in attendance for the next one.
